The RISE is an outdoor RAIN OR SHINE event. All ticket sales are FINAL. We DO NOT offer refunds. Our tickets are transferable so you can give them to your friends or family if you are unable to attend. For more information about our refund and exchange policy, click here.
I never received my Tickets email, Promocode email or my Forgot Password email.
